If you have taken ballet lessons in the past and would like to return to ballet, this is the program for you! Students will review and enjoy the flow of ballet movements, steps, technique and new choreography. The classes begin with a warm-up at the barre and continue to centre work and combinations. Dancers will enjoy the benefits of a ballet workout, comradery in the company of other adults with a shared interest in ballet as they renew confidence in their posture, balance, balletic sense of line, and overall fitness.

Adult Level: 1/2 18+ (No experience necessary)
If you have wanted to learn ballet, this is your opportunity. Classes include classical ballet steps, exercises, techniques and terminology. Students learn correct body alignment while developing an aesthetic awareness, quality of movement and fitness that comes from training in the art of ballet. The classes begin with a warm-up at the barre and continue to center floor work and combinations. Everyone taking part will enjoy the flow of movement and the benefits of a ballet workout in a friendly atmosphere and in the company of other adult dancers.

Level 1/2 (6-10 yrs.): (No experience necessary)
This is a fun and encouraging introduction to ballet. Children begin by learning basic balletic posture, placement, positions, and steps. They soon develop skills in jumping, turning, and the slower controlled movements. Students learn to shape and carry their arms in balletic positions while executing steps of varying dynamics. Young dancers are given individual attention as they begin to increase their repertoire of ballet steps.
Nov. 3 to Dec. 15 Mon. 4:00 – 5:00 1 hr. $105.00/7 5 min/12 max
Ballet: Level 1-4 – Teen (11-17 yrs.): (No experience necessary)
If you have ever wanted to take ballet lessons or have taken dance lessons as a younger child and would like to return to ballet, this is the program for you! Students develop posture, balance, coordination and musicality while learning the technical skills of classical ballet. Dancers will begin to feel confident wi9th their posture, sense of line and overall fitness while moving forward with new steps, jumps, turns and across the floor choreography in a fun, friendly and encouraging atmosphere.

Ballet: Level 5/6/Inter. – (14- 17) (Experience required)
Once students have trained in ballet Levels 1 through 4, they have developed a level of technique, strength, and balletic movement that enables them to begin studying at more advanced levels. Students will develop a more refined quality and artistry in dancing and become increasingly physically adept at ballet. Dancing more often per week will help maintain and develop the strength and artistry to really enjoy the higher levels of ballet. Pointe work can be considered in another class with the required strength and alignment.
