Holidays and Schedule Changes:

Remembrance Day: Classes will be in session Friday, November 11th with a slight schedule change. Students will be notified of any changes prior to this date. December Schedule Change: There will be no classes in the hall on Friday, December 9th and Saturday December 10th, in preparation for the Christmas Food Fair at St. Nicholas Ukrainian Catholic Church Hall. Students in these classes will be notified of either a change of venue or class times to make up for these days. Winter Vacation: The first day of the Winter holidays will be Monday, December 19th, 2022. Students will return to classes Tuesday January 3rd, 2023.

There is also a link to our Arabesque Facebook Page and there are new postings and events on it throughout the year.

Year-end Performance 2023:

Our year-end Recital booking in June 2023 will soon be confirmed and added to our calendar. 

Studio Health Protocols:

We would like to thank everyone for continuing to follow the Covid-19 protocols that have been put in place by Arabesque Dance Studio. We are continuing to be careful throughout the fall and winter cold and flu season and while Covid remains a risk to many more vulnerable people.  If you would like to review any of our protocols, details can be found on the Registration page of our website, or a printed version can be provided to you at the studio. We are very happy to see everyone enjoying dance classes together again this year!

Pre-Primary (4 & 5 years) Ballet Classes- January 2023:

Our current six-week session of ballet classes for children ages 4 & 5 years, is ending on Saturday, November 19th, but if parents would like to add two more classes, please contact Valerie.

Pre-Primary Ballet classes for 4 & 5 years will be offered again in a program from January to June, giving children an opportunity to take part in the year-end performance. Registration for January to June is being taken now.

Attendance:

Please contact the studio if your child will be missing classes. Some classes can be “made-up” in another class within a month of the missed class. Check with Valerie regarding possible “make-up “classes.

Student Fees:

Please check to see if all fees have been paid and submit any missing post-dated cheques or make arrangements with Valerie to complete payments.
